I told a friend about a body that was found floating in a pond but all she wanted to talk about was a mystery hit-and-run victim discovered on the Roger Curlewis highway about 50 kilometres west of the city. A Body in A Bag
A leather bag found in a basement car-park contained the body of a recently deceased woman. Witnesses claimed they saw blood dripping freely from the bag as police removed it from the site. “We expect forensics to confirm that this woman was raped before she was killed. We have no way of identifying her at present but this is a fresh trail and our chances of taking something useful off the body are good.”
